In terms of the sheer number of documented miracles,
Saint Charbel Makhlouf is widely considered to have the most, with some sources reporting over 33,000 registered miracles through his intercession. He is considered the saint with the most miracles, other than the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Saint Charbel Makhlouf (1828–1898)
A Maronite monk and priest who lived in Lebanon, Saint Charbel is often called the "miracle monk" or "heavenly doctor" due to the extraordinary number of healings and other divine interventions attributed to him, which continue to occur globally to this day.
- Quantity: The Monastery of Saint Maron in Annaya, Lebanon, where his tomb is located, has recorded over 33,000 miracles. The actual number is likely much higher, as many miracles are not officially reported.
- Types of Miracles: These include numerous physical healings of various illnesses and diseases, the healing of a woman with advanced throat cancer, and the well-known case of Nohad El Shami, a woman healed of partial paralysis after dreaming of the saint performing surgery on her neck.
- Incorruptibility: After his death, his body remained incorrupt and reportedly exuded a mysterious liquid for many years, a phenomenon that has been observed on multiple occasions when his tomb was opened.
Other Notable Saints for Miracles
While St. Charbel has the most registered miracles, several other saints are also renowned as "wonder-workers":

- Padre Pio (Saint Pio of Pietrelcina) was known for many spiritual gifts and miracles during his lifetime, including the stigmata, bilocation, prophecy, and reading people's consciences in confession.
- Saint Vincent Ferrer is recorded as having performed 873 miracles, including raising more than thirty people from the dead.
- Saint Gregory Thaumaturgus (the "Miracle Worker") was known for so many brilliant miracles that he was compared to Moses and the Apostles.
