Prior to joining Watson Wyatt, Dr. Pfau was Managing Director of Hay Group s Research for Management division where he was in charge of all the firm s organization measurement activities. In 1997 and 1998 he led the team that conducted FORTUNE magazine s Global Survey of Corporate Reputations and authored Human Resources Lessons from the World s Most Admired Companies.
From 1995-1996 Dr. Pfau served as Vice President of Human Resources Effectiveness for The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, helping to manage the company s strategic restructuring. He completed his B.A. at Tufts University and received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.
